Sweetwater Harvest Kitchen, 1512 Pacheco Street, was voted Santa Fe’s best gluten-free restaurant in 2024. Generous world cuisine, entirely gluten-free, with house-made bread from flours milled on site every day, plus vegan, vegetarian and paleo options. A calming setting, with a terrace. The dedicated status is confirmed by Find Me Gluten Free, the Santa Fe Reporter and the official website.

Apothecary Dining - One Sacred, 133 West San Francisco Street, sits right in the historic center: an organic menu, free of seed oils, mostly vegetarian and vegan, in a cozy atmosphere. The house states there is no risk of cross-contact since the whole kitchen is gluten-free — a claim backed by the official website (“100% gluten free and seed-oil free”), the Find Me Gluten Free listing and TripAdvisor.

Nath’s Inspired Khmer Cuisine, 505 Cerrillos Road, occupies a counter inside the Chomp food hall and serves 100% gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free pan-Asian food made with organic ingredients: beef lok lak, turmeric noodles. The chef’s official website, a City Different Foodie article, and the Atly listing confirm the entirely gluten-free menu. One useful note: inside a food hall, the neighboring counters are not gluten-free — take your dish directly from the staff’s hands.

The bakery

Revolution Bakery, 418 Cerrillos Road, has been the city’s gluten-free reference point for many years: ancient-grain breads, sweet and savory pastries, muffins, scones and cakes, in a 100% dedicated space. The official website, the Find Me Gluten Free listing, Yelp and TripAdvisor agree. The house has a second shop in Albuquerque, with the same phone number — that’s not a listing error.
