100% gluten-freeQuitutices is Brasilia's first gluten-free and lactose-free confectionery/restaurant (Asa Sul), founded by chef Inaia Sant'Ana. The kitchen is exclusively dedicated to these preparations, replacing animal milk with plant-based milks and refined sugar with honey or demerara sugar, ensuring no cross-contamination.
